Community Guidelines
Future Force Global is a community, and communities only work when the people in them treat each other well. These guidelines are not legal terms — they're the simple rules we ask every member to follow.
If you break them, we'll talk to you first. If you keep breaking them, we'll remove your access.
1. Be a real person
Use your real name. Use a real photo — yours, or one from our avatar library. Don't pretend to be someone you're not. Don't create duplicate accounts. Don't operate on behalf of a business without saying so.
Anonymity isn't the same as privacy. We're not asking you to share everything about yourself. We're asking you to be a recognisable human being.
2. Say what you mean, respectfully
Disagree openly. Correct each other. Push back on ideas. That's how a community gets smarter.
But attack ideas, never people. No insults, no name-calling, no pile-ons. If you're frustrated with someone, wait an hour before you reply. You'll usually write something better.
Rule of thumb: if you wouldn't say it to someone's face, don't type it.
3. Don't spam
You are welcome to promote your business, your listings, and your referrals. You are not welcome to flood every thread, message every member, or post the same thing in ten places.
Specifically, don't:
- Send unsolicited DMs pitching your services
- Post the same listing repeatedly to stay at the top
- Add members to WhatsApp groups without asking
- Use the contact packs to cold-call outside normal business hours
One good post beats ten loud ones.
4. Keep it legal and honest
Don't sell prohibited items — weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, anything that violates Nigerian law.
Don't misrepresent what you're selling. The photo should match the product. The description should match the condition. The delivery time you promise should be the delivery time you deliver.
If you're not sure whether something is allowed, ask an admin before posting.
5. Honour your commitments
If you claim a task, complete it. If you accept an order, ship it. If you promise a refund or a replacement, follow through.
Life happens. If you can't deliver, tell the buyer as soon as you know — not after the deadline. People are far more forgiving of an honest delay than a silent one.
6. Protect other people's privacy
What you see on the platform stays on the platform. Don't screenshot private conversations and post them elsewhere. Don't share another member's contact details without their permission. Don't dox anyone, ever.
If you're being harassed, report it. Don't retaliate.
7. Report, don't retaliate
If someone breaks these guidelines, use the report button or message an admin. Don't try to handle it yourself. We're here to help, and we'd rather hear about a problem early than hear about it after it's escalated.
Reports are anonymous. We never tell the other person who reported them.
8. What happens when you break the rules
Depending on the severity:
- First minor offense — a private message from an admin explaining what went wrong
- Repeated minor offenses — a temporary suspension (usually 7 days)
- Serious offense — permanent removal, forfeiture of pending earnings, and blocking from re-registering
Serious offenses include fraud, harassment, threats, and illegal activity. We don't negotiate those.
9. If you think we got it wrong
Admins are human. If you believe a moderation decision was unfair, reply to the message you received and explain. We'll review it. Every decision except permanent removal can be appealed.
10. The short version
Be real. Be respectful. Don't spam. Deliver what you promise. Protect each other's privacy. Report problems instead of escalating them.
That's it. Everything else is details.
