Activation Fee
The one-time activation fee is non-refundable once your account has been activated and access to community tools has been granted.
Marketplace Orders
Marketplace payments are held in escrow. If you do not receive your order, raise a dispute within 7 days. Our team will review evidence from both sides and issue a refund where appropriate.
Wallet Top-ups
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable but can be used for any community transaction.
How to Request a Refund
